Amy Johnston is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the People and Capability Manager at Orion NZ Ltd since August 2022, Amy manages the People and Capability team and payroll function for the energy distribution company. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Human Resources at Warehouse Group Inc., where Amy led HR operations for a prominent hospitality group in North America. With additional experience as a Human Resources Advisor at Edward Jones and CBV Collection Services Ltd., Amy has specialized in performance management, labor relations, and leadership development. Amy's educational credentials include a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University and a BA Hons in Child and Family Psychology from the University of Canterbury. As a CPHR candidate, Amy continually strives to enhance HR practices and strategies.
