Andrew Cho has a diverse work experience in the healthcare technology industry. Andrew started at Orion Health in 2007 as a Software Engineer, working on various products and initiatives. Andrew then served as a Technical Consultant, implementing electronic healthcare record systems and training IT departments. In 2013, they transferred to Boston as a Solution Architect, leading teams and successfully deploying solutions for Health Information Exchanges. In 2018, they returned to Auckland as a Senior Solution Architect, overseeing multiple projects and mentoring junior consultants. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at The University of Auckland as a Digital Solutions Architect. Currently, Andrew is back at Orion Health as a Senior Solution Architect.
Andrew Cho received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software from The University of Auckland from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Operations Management from the same university. In November 2019, Andrew obtained the certification of Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
