Ben Wilson

Ben Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben started their career as a Senior Network Engineer at Cisco from 2001 to 2003. Ben then worked as a Network Technical Engineer at BT for a brief period in 2003. From 2004 to 2009, Ben served as a Project Manager at Anglia Healthcare, where they successfully deployed ICE Orders, Results, and Discharge Letters into over 20 NHS trusts in England.

In 2010, Ben joined Sunquest Information Systems as a Product Manager, responsible for the ICE product line. Ben provided guidance and direction to a product development team and played a key role in business performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of the corporate business strategy.

From 2013 to 2018, Ben worked at Orion Health, first as a Senior Solution Consultant, providing technical pre-sales support and leading sales enablement strategies across NHS, Local Authorities, and Private sector organizations. Later, they became the UK&I Senior Manager - Product, overseeing product-related operations and contributing to client roadmaps, Statements of Work, and upsell activities. Currently, Ben serves as the Product Solution Director at Orion Health, a role they assumed in July 2021.

In 2019, Ben also took on the role of Vendor Representative Board Member at INTEROPen. Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated expertise in technical sales, project management, product development, and strategic leadership.

Ben Wilson attended the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998, where they earned their BSC degree in Geology. Prior to attending the University of Leeds, they attended the Hewett School in Norwich. Ben Wilson has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Pragmatic Marketing in August 2012, Prince 2 in October 2011, and Cisco CCNP in April 2003.
