Carson Lourenco

Carson Lourenco's work experience includes roles at various companies. In 2018, Carson started working at Orion Health, initially as a Graduate Software Engineer, and later as a Junior Implementation Consultant. From 2019 to 2021, Carson held the position of Intermediate Implementation Consultant at Orion Health, where they were responsible for technical deliverables on high-priority projects, including leading the integration of the Orion Medications product into the Malaffi HIE in Abu Dhabi and developing a custom Java Bundle for Virtual Team Management in Quebec HIE. Prior to joining Orion Health, Carson worked as a Software Developer at Modica Group from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Carson worked as a Front End Operator at Gilmours Wholesale North Shore in 2015 and as a Tutor/Assistant at Kumon Australia & New Zealand from 2009 to 2011. Before entering the professional field, Carson gained experience as a Gamelab Research Assistant/Software Developer at The University of Auckland, where they worked on experimental video gaming projects and built a cloud-based platform for developing "Asynchronous Exer-games."

Carson Lourenco pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2006 to 2012, they attended Rosmini College and successfully achieved NCEA Level 3 endorsed with Excellence. Continuing their academic journey, Carson enrolled at The University of Auckland in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE(Hons)) in Software Engineering in 2018. Additionally, in June 2018, Carson obtained the Rhapsody 6.3 Associate certification from Rhapsody.
