Jack Ziegler is a Senior Engineer with experience in digital signal processing, software defined radio, small satellite systems engineering, space weather, and machine learning. Prior to their current role at Orion Space Solutions, Jack was a Senior Software Defined Radio Engineer at WhiteFox Defense Technologies, Inc. specializing in drone detection and mitigation using RF technology. Jack also has experience as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, an Adjunct Professor at Colorado School of Mines, and a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Jack holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Caltech and a degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
