John Leaders

John Leaders, MBA, PMP, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and operations within the financial services industry. Since January 2020, John has been the Director of Product Management for Advisor Experience at Orion Advisor Tech, where responsibilities include utilizing agile methodologies for product development and managing a custom client proposal solution that oversees over $500 billion in assets. In addition, John has managed a family-owned 750-acre corn and soybean farming operation since 1999. Previous roles include Director of Service & Operations Support at Securities America Inc., overseeing shared services, and various managerial positions at TD Ameritrade, focusing on retail systems and operations strategy. John earned an MBA from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
