Silje G. Johansen

Silje G. Johansen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as SVP HR and Compensation at Orkla ASA since September 2022, after previously holding the role of SVP Compensation & Benefits. Prior to Orkla ASA, Silje worked at Norsk Hydro as a Senior Advisor in Compensation & Benefits from April 2021 to September 2022.
