Jill is responsible for working with leadership to develop and implement a quality plan that will result in achieving desired metrics and excellent patient outcomes. She also works collaboratively with the system chief medical officer to support the activities, processes and policies resulting in high-quality patient care driven by systemwide clinical practices and standards.
Jill has been with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children since the start of her nursing career in 1995. She has worked in various roles, all contributing to her keen insight into nursing and physician processes and practices. She has worked within the quality department at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer since joining as a clinical quality specialist in 2012.
Jill holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s in nursing from Florida State University. She also is a Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ). She serves on the boards of Freedom Ride and the Florida Association of Healthcare Quality (FAHQ).
