Jesus Calderon-Acevedo

Jesus Calderon-Acevedo is a seasoned information technology security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Security Analyst at Orlando Utilities Commission since May 2019, Jesus leads incident response efforts and manages relationships with managed detection and response providers. Previous roles at OUC included Information Technology Security Analyst and Associate CIP Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed vulnerability management, security investigations, compliance program development, and the automation of compliance data analysis through Python scripting. Jesus holds a Master of Science in Digital Forensics and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Seminole State College and a high school diploma focused on information technology from Crooms Academy.
