Joseph Naberhaus

Joseph Naberhaus serves as the Director of Solid Fuel Generation at Orlando Utilities Commission, responsible for overseeing operations at a 974MW coal-fired power plant. With a comprehensive background in power generation management, Naberhaus has held multiple roles at Dynegy, including Operations Manager, Managing Director for various departments, and Senior Director overseeing generation performance and project analysis. Naberhaus's expertise spans operational efficiency, cost improvement initiatives, and maintenance planning across multiple facilities, alongside significant contributions to the startup and commissioning of new power plants. Naberhaus holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
