Candice Payette has extensive work experience in the field of environmental health and safety. Candice started their career at NV Energy in 2014, where they held various roles including Sr. Safety Advisor, Safety Compliance Manager, and Telecommunications Manager. Candice also served as the Major Accounts Executive, ensuring exceptional customer service. In 2021, Candice joined Ormat Technologies, Inc. as VP of Environmental Health & Safety and later took on the role of VP of Environmental, Health, Safety & Training. Candice is dedicated to promoting safety and operational training for successful operations.
Candice Payette has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Nevada, Reno. Candice also holds a Certificate in Excellence in Leadership in Organizational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business - Department of Accountancy. Additionally, they have additional certifications as a CPR-FA-AED Trainer and an OSHA 10 & 30 Authorized Trainer.
