Joshua Nordquist has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua began their career as a Regional Sales Representative at LG3 Associates in 2004. Joshua then transitioned to Hamilton Co., where they served as a Group Leader and Sr. Engineer, managing the R&D team responsible for new product development. In 2008, Joshua joined Ormat Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, overseeing key business development efforts including government/regulatory affairs, equipment supply/sales, project management, and marketing. Joshua later took on the role of Manager of US Resource Operations, where they managed a team overseeing geothermal resource production, sustainability, and maintenance. Currently, Joshua is the VP of Drilling & Wellfield at Ormat Technologies, directing the drilling and maintenance activities worldwide and leading a team of 200+ personnel.
Joshua Nordquist earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2001. Joshua then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 2001 to 2005.
