Mrs. Liza Tavori become Executive Vice President of Human Resources in December 2021. Mrs. Tavori has over 20 years of experience in various HR fields in both local and global corporations. Before joining ORMAT, she served as a Global VP HRBP for ICL Phosphate division and global Finance. She also served in other industrial companies as HRBP, such as "Tnuva “, for Dairy Division (the largest food company in Israel and part of Chinese "Bright Food Group", based in Shanghai.) and for Nestlé Israel as HR and OE. In her role, Mrs. Liza Tavori, will be responsible for Human Capital strategy and implementation of all Global HR process. Mrs. Liza Tavori holds a master’s degree in sociology from Tel Aviv University.
