Michal Marom has served on the board of directors and the audit and compensation committees of REE Automotive Ltd. (Nasdaq: REE) since July 2021 and the board of directors and audit, finance, investment and compensation committees of Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR) since January 2021. She is also a member of the boards of directors of several Israeli companies, including OPC Energy Ltd., the largest private electricity company in Israel, and Dan Transportation Ltd. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Marom served as the Chief Financial Officer of Linkury Ltd., an Israeli high-tech company she co-founded in 2011. She also previously served on the board of BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq: BVXV) from 2015 to 2019. Ms. Marom is a certified public accountant in Israel and also acts as a consultant providing strategic advice on business models and financial transactions.
