Nirit Grushko

Nirit Grushko serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, R&D, and Innovation at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since January 2018. Previously, Nirit held significant positions at Intel Corporation from 2011 to October 2016, including Senior Staff Member in Technology and Operations and Head of Training and Development. In these roles, Nirit managed factory operations, built a high-performing team that achieved record production efficiencies, and led a healthcare collaboration initiative in Israel. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Department Manager at Numonyx, where Nirit co-led a large engineering team and significantly improved factory capacity and employee retention. Nirit holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
