Saulius Batavicius is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ORO NAVIGACIJA since August 2021, and as a Co-Founder of Power Laboratory, UAB since June 2020, Batavicius also holds the position of President at the Lithuanian Triathlon Federation since December 2020. Previous significant roles include CEO positions at Litcargus and Baltic Ground Services, as well as a Chairman of the Board at CAVIA. Batavicius has board member experience with Avia Solutions Group AB and a solid academic foundation with an MBA from the Baltic Management Institute and a Master's degree in Business Management from Klaipedos Universitetas.

Oro Navigacija is a certified European Air Navigation Service Provider, which provides the air traffic services, the communications, navigation and surveillance services as well as the aeronautical information services to aircraft flying in the airspace of Lithuania and is an integral part of the global and European Air Traffic Management (ATM) system. Provision of air traffic services is an integral part of civil aviation in each country. The Air Traffic Management services comprise a set of functions in the air and on the ground, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft during all phases of flight. The company is responsible for the Air Traffic Management services in Lithuania. According to the airspace classification, the air traffic services are provided in the entire Lithuanian airspace, over the territorial waters and the areas of the high seas in the Baltic Sea, which form the Vilnius Flight Information Region. The company provides the air traffic services consisting of the air traffic control services, the flight information services and the alerting services. Lithuanian air traffic services are provided by: - Area Control Centre; - Vilnius Aerodrome Control Centre; - Kaunas Aerodrome Control Centre; - Palanga Aerodrome Control Centre; - Siauliai Aerodrome Control Centre. The high quality of the provided services is ensured by the qualified specialists and modern air traffic control system, which meets the international standards. The company is an integral part of the global and European ATM system. The aim of the European ATM system is to ensure efficient operations in the areas of safety, capacity, cost-effectiveness and environmental protection.
