Emily Hedeman

Emily Hedeman, MRED, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project development and management within the renewable energy and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Special Projects Sr. Manager for Project Development at Ørsted since September 2023, Emily plays a key role in advancing the company's vision of a world powered by green energy. Prior to Ørsted, Emily held the position of Manager of Development Process Excellence at Vanguard Renewables and contributed significantly to global services at Cresa, where responsibilities included international portfolio management and business development initiatives. Additional experience includes urban revitalization efforts for the City of Somerville, advisory roles at Cresa Boston, and architectural design work for Southern Management. Emily holds an MRED from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, and is a candidate for an MBA in Social Impact at Boston University.
