Julie Ravn Knoth

Julie Ravn Knoth is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in digital HR transformation and employee experience. At Ørsted since January 2017, Julie has held various leadership roles, including Head of Global People Technology and Process Management, where responsibilities included overseeing digital initiatives and implementing key HRIS modules globally. Past experience includes a tenure at DONG Energy, where Julie led HR planning and analysis, and a previous work leave in Barcelona that facilitated cultural engagement and personal growth. Julie began her career in client management at Corporate Absencecare Ltd and held positions in sales coordination and youth engagement early on. Educational credentials include an MSc in HR Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a BSc in Human Resource Management and Marketing from London South Bank University.
