Rashid Fundikira

Rashid Fundikira is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Global O&M Procurement at Ørsted since August 2017. Fundikira has held various key positions at Ørsted, including Director of Offshore Global O&M & Bio Procurement and Head of Offshore O&M Procurement. Additionally, Fundikira has experience as Procurement Head for Green Waste Solutions and Head of Global Category Management. Prior to Ørsted, Fundikira worked as a Global Commodity Manager at Siemens Wind Power from 2011 to 2017. Fundikira holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Procurement & Strategy from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2015 and 2019.
