Ruben Dijkstra

Ruben Dijkstra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and offshore wind sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Ørsted in the Benelux region since September 2022, Ruben has previously held leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board at Blauwwind and Member of the Management Board at CrossWindHKN. At Eneco, Ruben was instrumental as Director of Offshore Wind, overseeing the development of a significant offshore wind portfolio across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK. Additional roles include Project Director at Evelop International BV and management positions at Norther NV and Former Stork B.V. Ruben's educational background includes a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, a Master's in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University, and a program in Managing Partnerships and Strategic Alliances from INSEAD.
