Erin Fagan has extensive experience in the field of human resources, starting in 1996. Erin served as the Divisional HR Manager/Generalist at WorldTravel BTI from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Panacea Consulting from 2001 to 2002, where they were responsible for managing all HR functions for over 200 employees. Erin then joined Serco as the Human Resources Manager/Generalist from 2002 to 2007, providing HR support to multiple divisions across the US, Europe, and Asia. At Serco, they ensured compliance with employment laws and developed and administered policies and procedures. Erin then served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at The George Washington University Hospital from 2007 to 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Binary Blue, providing strategic consulting services. Erin also served as the Human Resources Consultant at Athens Regional Health System for a brief period in 2014. Finally, since 2014, Erin has held the position of Director of Human Resources at OrthoAtlanta, where they support multiple orthopedic clinics and surgery centers, spearheads talent acquisition and reviews, and focuses on organizational effectiveness and cultural development.
