Jonathan Frazier

Jonathan Frazier is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Surveillance and Examinations at Osaic since August 2017, Jonathan has held significant roles in compliance across various organizations. Prior positions include Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at FSC Securities (February 2015 - April 2024) and Manager of Compliance-Surveillance at AIG Advisor Group (April 2013 - April 2024).
