Lawson Joyce

Lawson Joyce currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Osaic Institutions since December 2023. Previously, Lawson was with LPL Financial from October 2006 to December 2023, where roles included Vice President in Business Development for Enterprise Sales and Senior Business Development Consultant. Lawson played a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting new banks and credit unions, contributing to LPL Financial’s position as the nation's largest independent broker-dealer. Additional responsibilities included leading a new organization focused on partnering with financial institution management, driving efficiencies, and increasing revenue. During tenure at LPL, Lawson achieved significant financial milestones, including generating approximately $25 million in annual revenue and recruiting advisors. Lawson holds a B.A. in History from North Carolina State University.
