Leslie Ayers

Leslie Ayers is an experienced financial services professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Osaic since January 2000, Leslie has also held various leadership roles at Advisor Group between January 2000 and May 2023, including Chief Supervision Officer and Vice President positions in Vendor Relations & Strategy and Supervision. Leslie's extensive background includes responsibilities in sales supervision, central supervision, advertising review, and compliance, along with foundational roles in regional supervision and field supervision. Prior to the financial services industry, Leslie worked at Sam's Club in various capacities from 1988 to 1999. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento and completed undergraduate work in Finance/Accounting at the University of North Texas.
