Rajan Kapoor has over 27 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Rajan started their career with the Royal Bank of Scotland in October 1988 as a financial controller. Rajan was responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, taxation, shared services, business management, SoX 404, internal financial controls including risk, functional budgets, and managing the relationship with external auditor. In March 2016, they left the Royal Bank of Scotland to join Allica Bank as a independent non-executive director.
Rajan Kapoor completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Hindu College and then went on to study at Modern School for their Higher Secondary education.
