Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager of Product Implementation to join our Member Optimization team.

About The Role: The Senior Manager of Product Implementation will oversee the enhancement of Oscar's innovative capabilities. You will identify important areas for innovation transformation, develop plans to implement and manage these projects through aligning innovation goals with our broader goals and strategy.
You will report to the Director of Optimization.
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Note, this list of states is subject to change.
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $132,000 - $173,250 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $118,800 - $155,925 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
