Bridget Lipp

Bridget Lipp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, member lifecycle optimization, and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Member Lifecycle Optimization Associate at Oscar Health since May 2019, Bridget utilizes Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance member experiences through data analysis and communication strategies. Previous roles at Oscar Health include Configurable Experiences Project Manager and Operational Excellence Project Specialist II, where Bridget successfully managed various projects and campaigns, collaborated with stakeholders, and implemented process improvements. Bridget also held an internship at Arizona Oncology Foundation, where important partnerships and community engagement initiatives were developed, and served as Director of Event Management at ZonaZoo Crew, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
