Neha Narkhede has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Neha is currently the Co-Founder of Oscilar Inc, where they are involved in building a company focused on making the internet safer for online transactions. In 2020, Neha worked independently as a startup investor and advisor. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Board Member at Confluent, where they also served as the Chief Technology and Product Officer. Neha's career began at Oracle Corporation, where they worked as a Member of Technical Staff. Neha then moved on to LinkedIn, where they held roles as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, leading and working on various distributed systems projects. At LinkedIn, they also served as the Lead of Streams Infrastructure and was responsible for managing one of the largest deployments of Kafka. Throughout their career, Neha has showcased their expertise in building and scaling data pipelines, working on fault tolerance, and contributing to the development of Apache Kafka.
Neha Narkhede completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2006. Following that, they attained a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007.
