Lindsey Stearns

Lindsey Stearns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as a Strategic Program Manager at OSF HealthCare since January 2012. In this role, Lindsey supports a portfolio of large, complex projects, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals while coaching project leads and enhancing performance improvement education for healthcare leaders. Previously, Lindsey held positions as a Performance Improvement Specialist, Community Relations Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant at OSF HealthCare, and gained early experience in customer service as a Teller at Peninsula Federal Credit Union and a Pharmacy Technician at Target.
