Rasheeda Hickman

Rasheeda Hickman has extensive experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer/Technical Writer at OSF HealthCare since May 2019, alongside roles such as Technology Training Specialist and Training Enhancement Specialist. Prior to that, Rasheeda gained valuable skills as an Employer Relations Intern and Transfer Student Assistant at Illinois State University, where responsibilities included managing student records, coordinating interviews, and enhancing student engagement through various events. Rasheeda began the professional journey as an English Tutor at Illinois Central College, fostering academic development in students. Educationally, Rasheeda holds a Bachelor of Science in Creative Technologies from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Illinois Central College.
