Rickesha Parish

Rickesha Parish has extensive experience in patient access and customer service, currently serving as a Lead Contact Center Agent at OSF HealthCare since February 2018. In this role, Rickesha specializes in scheduling outpatient tests and procedures while ensuring accurate patient pre-registration using the EPIC Scheduling System. Previously, Rickesha worked at Presence Health as a Central Scheduler, handling similar responsibilities with an EMR Scheduling system. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Advocate II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and as a Lead Customer Service Representative at The SYGMA Network. Rickesha holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated with a diploma from Danville High School in 2000.
