Since September 2009, Benjamin has served as the Sr. Chief Engineer at Oshkosh Defense, following a tenure as Chief Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation from 2009 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing major projects such as the Special All Terrain Vehicle and Next Generation Delivery Vehicle. Earlier in the career, Benjamin worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at L-3 Communications from 2006 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering focused on Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University, completed between 2003 and 2009.
