Catherine Linsmeier is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in specialty and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Specialty Engineering at Oshkosh Defense since June 2024, Catherine previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering and Chief Engineer for Corporate Electronics at Oshkosh Corporation from 2000 to October 2024, leading a team of over 30 engineers in developing electrical controls and software for vehicles and machines. Additionally, Catherine has experience as a Senior Project Engineer, managing electrical controls projects, departmental budgeting, and staff management. Education includes a Master's degree in Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
