Chris Dalzell has held various quality management positions at Oshkosh Defense, where responsibilities included managing quality operations, driving adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS), leading cross-functional teams in process improvement, conducting internal and external audits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. At Plexus, Chris also excelled in quality engineering roles, managing customer quality requirements, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing production processes. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Jazz Studies, Chris also has experience as a Jazz Voice Professor at Southwestern Community College.
