Lisa has held various positions such as Sr. Director, Director, and Commodity Manager in different companies like Oshkosh Defense and JLG Industries. Lisa has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and successfully implemented cost reduction strategies. Lisa's experience includes overseeing material cost estimating, subcontract management, and new product development. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
