Scott Ball began their career at Oshkosh Corporation in December 2004 as a Quality Supervisor, overseeing various operational aspects. Scott later transitioned to the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, where Scott initiated production part approval with tier one suppliers. Scott currently holds the position of Senior Manager Advanced Supplier Quality at Oshkosh Defense, leading the Quality Engineering team in new program launches and overseeing supplier readiness for production parts. Scott has a BS in Operations Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac.
