David Arteman

David Arteman, JD, currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Oshkosh Corporation, a position held since October 2019. With extensive legal experience, David has been a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a registered patent attorney with the USPTO since 2003. Prior to his role at Oshkosh, David was with Kimberly-Clark from 2003 to June 2019, where responsibilities included oversight of legal aspects in several consumer packaged goods sectors and intellectual property management, including the preparation and prosecution of numerous patent applications. David's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
