Matt Field

Matt Field is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Oshkosh Corporation since December 2024, Matt oversees Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development. Prior to this role, Matt was Chief Financial Officer at Joby Aviation, where leadership included taking the company public through a de-SPAC in August 2021. Matt's previous experience at Ford Motor Company encompassed various roles, including Chief Financial Officer for North America, Corporate General Auditor, and Chief Financial Officer for Lincoln Motor Company, contributing to significant revenue operations and strategic brand revitalization. Matt began their career with positions at Goldman Sachs and the U.S. Federal Reserve. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
