Tim Matthews is a highly experienced brewing professional currently serving as VP Global Brewing at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective since January 2019. Additionally, Tim holds the position of Head of Brewing Operations at Oskar Blues Brewing Company, where responsibilities include managing all brewing operations, staff, recipe development, and process control for various brands. Previous roles at Oskar Blues include Head Brewer, Lead Brewer, and Brewer, with a strong focus on quality control and staff training. Tim began the brewing career at Mt. Begbie Brewing Company and John Harvard's Brewhouse, and is an alumnus of the American Brewer's Guild, holding a Craft Brewing Apprenticeship degree, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh.
