Jonathan Lapalme

Jonathan Lapalme possesses extensive experience in client services and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services for SMB at OSL Retail Services since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions, including Regional Manager and Territory Manager at the same company. Previous experience includes a tenure at Bell from November 2011 to August 2020, where Jonathan worked as a Sales Manager and focused on training, performance management, and quality assurance. Jonathan's career began at Bell as a Sales Representative from July 2005 to April 2008. Jonathan holds a DEC in assurance de dommages from Cegep Vieux Montréal, completed in 2009.
