Lennart Finkeldey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lennart started their career as a Management Trainee at Triumph International in 2008 and worked their way up to becoming an Assistant Manager Regional Purchasing, Regional Project Manager, and finally, a Management Assistant. In 2014, they joined Eurasia Global Concept Limited as a Supply Chain Manager. Most recently, they worked at OSL, where they held the position of Senior Manager before being promoted to VP Account Management in February 2020.

Lennart Finkeldey's education history includes several academic experiences. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Sun Yat-sen University, where they pursued a degree in Chinese (Mandarin). Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they studied at the University of Münster, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on finance. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the German Swiss International Business College, where they pursued a degree in Foreign Trade Management, encompassing subjects such as business administration, economics, and human resources. Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Business School Dublin, earning a Bachelor of International Business with a focus on business, management, entrepreneurship, and intercultural management.
