Year after year, Osler appears at or very near the top in all of the national and international surveys of clients and peers that rank law firms in Canada and other jurisdictions. We admit that being named best in class for our expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, tax and other key legal specialties so consistently is pretty gratifying. But what really drives us, collectively and individually, is being able to apply this deep expertise to help our clients succeed. To leap the legal hurdles set between them and their business goals. To anticipate and overcome complex challenges well ahead of the pack. To seize new opportunities and exploit them to the fullest. To find innovative ways to deftly achieve desired outcomes. Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP provides business-critical legal advice to clients through over 450 lawyers based in offices in Toronto, Montréal, Calgary, Ottawa and New York.
