John Rocela

John Rocela is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the CTO of OSOME since March 2025, John previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Necto, where John played a key role in building a treasury and payment solution through a Corporate Bank API aggregator after the company's acquisition by Embat. John's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Finlync, Kaddra, PALO IT, and The Walt Disney Company, where John contributed to high-profile projects across the digital and media sectors. Educated with an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STI College, John also completed a program in Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School Online.
