Rujapa Hamnilrat is a seasoned human resources and organizational development professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital and Organization Excellence at Osotspa Public Company Limited since November 2021, Rujapa has previously held significant roles including Executive Vice President of HR at Centara Hotels & Resorts and Senior Manager of Organization Capability at PepsiCo, where Rujapa focused on learning and organizational engagement across the Asia Pacific region. Rujapa's earlier experience encompasses leadership roles at Robert Bosch, Kimberly-Clark, and Minor Food, as well as consulting positions at Accenture.
