Viviana Troccoli has a diverse work experience in the human resources field, starting in 2011 as a Recruitment Intern at Consultores Avante C.A. Viviana later worked as a Recruitment Intern at Telefónica Venezuela in 2013. In 2015, they joined Talent Search People as an IT&E-Commerce Recruiter, where they actively participated in the recruitment process for multinational companies. In 2016, they became an IT Recruitment Consultant at e-Frontiers Ltd. Viviana then joined Spotahome in 2017 as an HR Advisor & IT Recruiter, being responsible for building strong partnerships with employees and managing various HR activities. Their role at Spotahome evolved into a People Business Partner in 2018, where they focused on employee engagement, policy development, and expansion strategy. Currently, they are working at OSP - Otto Group Solution Provider as the Head of HR & Admin. / Managing Director.
Viviana Troccoli completed their education at ESERP Business & Law School in 2018, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2009 to 2014, obtaining a Licentiate degree in Relaciones Industriales. In addition to their formal education, they also received certification in Black Belt Internet Recruitment from Social Talent in March 2017.
