Anurag Pradhan is an experienced RPA/AI Subject Matter Expert at OST, Inc., where Anurag has led a team since July 2008, providing application and administration support to over 550 federal users and enhancing process efficiency by an average of 70% through RPA solutions. In addition to serving as a liaison to federal management, Anurag has been instrumental in creating Proof of Concept demonstrations to showcase functionality to clients. Anurag also held the position of SharePoint Lead at Ost Inc. until August 2022. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Shivaji University and an MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
