Mary Homer Phr

Mary Homer, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Business Unit Lead for Human Capital Management at OST, Inc. since April 2013, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to executive management and overseeing a team of twelve professionals. Mary manages a comprehensive range of HR services, including benefits, new hires, training and development, policies, employee relations, and legal compliance, in addition to full life cycle recruitment and facilities and security management. Previously, Mary held various roles at NJVC, including Resource Deployment Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Operations Recruiter, and Senior HR Generalist from May 2006 to October 2012. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
