Grant Joyce has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked at Thomson Reuters, where they held various positions, including Customer Relationship Management Executive, Client Training Executive, and eventually Head of Client Specialists for the Pacific Region. In 2015, they joined Designate Group as a Client Services Manager, handling branding, communication, and investor relations for prominent Australian organizations. From 2016 to 2021, Grant worked at Bloomberg LP as an Enterprise Relationship Manager, responsible for sales and account management of electronic trading platforms in Singapore and the Pacific region. In 2022, they briefly served as the Regional Sales Manager for Treasury Solutions at FIS before moving on to OSTTRA, where they are currently the Director of Sales and Relationship Management for Australia and New Zealand.
Grant Joyce completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Australian Institute of Business in 2016.
