Jen Blaza has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Head of FP&A at OSTTRA since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Finance Business Partner for the CME Group and NEX, where responsibilities included developing financial models, creating budgets and forecasts, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Jen's earlier experience includes roles at ICAP, Lloyds Banking Group, and Lloyds TSB, where Jen managed teams, supported business strategies, and contributed to financial reporting. Jen holds an MSci degree in Geography from the University of Bristol.
