Grant Swartzwelder is a highly experienced professional in the energy and environmental sectors. As the Founder and President of OTA Environmental Solutions since January 2004, Grant has been instrumental in providing comprehensive environmental solutions to the energy industry, focusing on air emissions and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Grant co-founded ESG Dynamics in January 2021 to deliver data and analytics for environmental challenges faced by upstream oil and gas companies. With a strong background in investment banking as the President and Founder of PetroGrowth Advisors, Grant has provided services to oilfield service and production companies since January 1998. Furthermore, Grant founded Synthesis Holdings, Inc. in April 1992, specializing in investments in real estate and operational entities. Earlier career experience includes a role as Operations/Analytical Engineer at Atlantic Richfield (Arco Oil & Gas Company) from February 1985 to March 1988. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
